There’s worse, when it comes down to the incompatibility of women and gaming: I have two good friends whose respective former girlfriend not only was ok with their boyfriends hobbies, they actually enjoyed participating.
The downside of this enviable phenomenon became evident when the respective relationships broke up: the whole campaign came to a halt each time, since at least one of the players didn’t want to go on playing with one the others, in one of the cases it was even the Game Master that ended up moving away…
Thus I’m considering avoiding RP-groups with such ties between its members from now on.
