I've kinda lost my feel for new mmo's I've been playing CoD4 and WaW on the xbox more and more lately. Aion has some pretty good potential. A lot of my friends are liking the game so far. My advice to you is don't rush in leveling. Take your time, there is some things there for you at level 50. but It's not worth rushing it. I'm seeing a lot of people get burned out on the game before they even hit 50. I really do enjoy the game, but I can't seem to sit down and play for long periods of time any more... the odd thing is I played CoD4 on the xbox for about 8 hours strait on Saturday... Logged into Aion and couldn't bare being on for more than 10 minutes. I think Aion might be done for me. At least for now.
